Pumpkin Spice Water Kefir Flavor Kit
Kick your water kefir up a notch with this flavor kit! Use it for: flavoring up to twenty 500ml bottles of pumpkin spice water kefir soda.
One 2 oz. bag Pumpkin Spice
One 4 oz. bag Crystallized Ginger
How To Make Water Kefir:
1 Prepare your flavoring as directed on the pouch. If combining two flavorings, use the lesser of the range of amounts listed on the pouch, or to taste.
2 Add the flavoring to the bottle. Fill the bottle to half full with kefir. Close the bottle and gently flip it to mix in your flavoring.
3 Finish filling the bottle with water kefir, leaving 1” head space.
4 Close the bottle and let your kefir carbonate at room temperature for 1-3 days. In warm temperatures, burp the bottle daily to avoid excess pressure buildup.
5 Use caution when opening the bottle. The contents are under pressure! Put a towel over the bottle and push down on the cap while opening. Enjoy your kefir soda!
