Original Gravity : 1.071

Final Gravity : 1.015

Color / SRM : Medium Amber

Alcohol by Volume : 7.20%

IBU (anticipated, alpha acids can fluctuate) : 70

Specialty Grains : Wheat, Crystal 10L, CaraPils

Hops : Chinook, Cascade, Centennial

Recipe Includes : Liquid Malt, Specialty Grains in a grain bag & Hops, Corn Sugar

Interesting recipe.

This is my first time with Racer, and its a pretty good IPA if you like lots of hops. Not my favorite flavor, but I try to keep doing varieties. It was easy to brew, and really took off fast. The finished product is quite hoppy, but not strong for an IPA. I am sure it will get used in a short time.

Perfect summer beverage

Racer five is a well-balanced IPA that we have brewed before. This one will be in the keg in a few days, anticipating a positive outcome.

Great recipe. Served at a party and it did not last very long. Definitely will cook another batch soon.

Great IPA recipe kit!

The IPA clone turned out great. The instructions could have been a bit more detailed for a first timer, mainly the timing of adding the various hop pellets. Other than that I am very happy with the end product.

Added an ounce of Citra at end of boil for aroma and it tastes better than the original!
