In the true essence of homebrewing, a new take on Witbier. Tangerine peel adds a slightly sweet zest up front, with a light palate cleansing spice from Ginger Root. Pairs well with Summer fare, and highly sessionable. You'll find this is perfect for the season.

Good stuff right cheer!
I did the kit. Added 1lb Bavarian DME and 1 AIH alcohol boost. Came out 6.5+/-. Best one I've made yet. Damn good!

BEST BEER EVER
I have brewed this beer twice. The flavor and drinkability is unmatched on any other beer I've ever tried, including commercial and other craft beers. I brewed it at home for fun, and also for my sister-in-laws wedding. At the wedding reception, from the keg, this beer was gone in 15 min with people asking for the recipe, the soonest they could have it again, and where they could buy it. If you're looking for a good beer that goes well on a summer day, or even just hanging out and enjoying an afternoon, you're really going to love this recipe. It'll be ready for kegging in about 18 days. Bottling, add about 6 weeks after for best taste. For the wedding kegging, I fermented in primary, and then went to secondary for 6 weeks-- mainly because I was brewing a cream ale with it as well and wanted to have them both ready at the same time. Literally the best beer I have ever had.

Good easy recipe
First kit I've bought from AIH, easy to make. Quality ingredients, couldn't be happier. Once it got kegged it only lasted a week. I'd highly recommend it.

Easy Beer
Easy to brew, still in secondary, but great aroma. Looking forward to this beer.
