Red Stripe

Currently in primary. Quality kit thus far. My efficiency was 81ish% off the top of my head. Starting gravity was 1.050 and is sitting right now at 1.010 after roughly 2 weeks in primary. Used the dry lager yeast/1000ml starter then stepped it up to a gallon starter. So far so good.
