Very tasty!
This is a delicious, easy drinking brew. I added a few tablespoons real vanilla at bottling, that is VERY subtle when drinking. Experimenting with other recipes for now, but I'll make this again for sure.

Better than advertised
This was my choice for the free recipe kit with my Homebrewing unit. Instructions easy to follow, only thing easier is drinking and enjoying this ale. 10 friends have enjoyed it with me, and all have very good comments. Now 2 of them are considering ordering kits to make this ale themselves so they don't have to share. However, sharing and friends is half the enjoyment. Am ordering more.

Added raspbery puree - excellent
I brewed this as instructed except I added a tub of raspberry puree while it was fermenting (sold by AIH). AIH has a kit for a raspberry cream ale that uses a flavoring dram (instead of puree) which I'm sure is good too, but there's nothing like the real thing. This cream ale made a great base for it in order to feature the raspberry flavor. ABV is not accurate with the puree but it definitely adds some alcohol. It comes out sour since the yeast consume the sugar, consider adding nonfermentable sugar like lactose to make it sweet if you try this out with fruit.

My first cream ale
This recipe did not disappoint. Great flavor with many nuances. Sweet and creamy. Goes down fast. Will try this one again soon.

Quick and easy, great flavor!
Followed the recipe, except got distracted by the kiddos when boiling the priming sugar and allowed it to thicken and slightly caramelize. What a great surprise . . . Mrs. R was particularly impressed with the flavor and easy drinking. For the price, an incredible bargain I'll use for all sorts of variations in the future!

Good enough to brew a second batch
This is a fantastic spring to summer time beer. Easy drinker with great hop aroma and very well balanced. Finishes much like a lager with better flavor than most lagers. Had this in a keg for 3 days and my buddy's had it wiped out!

Tasty Brew
A very solid brew with good earthy tones and a bit of fruit and citrus. A slight bit of bittering hops on the back side leaving you wanting more. This is a solid 4.5 but for some reason it stayed cloudy. I had this happen with corn one other time. Not a deal breaker for me. Reminds me of a wheat beer in clarity.
