This recipe is based on the 1991 80 Shilling Ale, Single Mash Method found in â€œScotch Aleâ€ by Greg Noonan. Enjoy! Malt Forward with a slight roasted character. Finishes dry making it a very easy drinker Dry yeast is optional, but original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs.
