Good stuff!
This recipe came out great. Very good summer beer with a bit more complex flavors than your average cream-ale style beer.

Great Tasting, Easy Drinking
Soooo happy with my first batch of homebrew! Cracked the first bottle 4 days ago and have almost ran out already. Was thoroughly impressed with this recipe, smooth and flavorful with an extra little kick.

Silver Lake CA
Got it in secondary and waiting for open keg space. Sampled the hydrometer flask and it is smooth as silk. Add extra honey so OG is higher so FG is up giving me a ABV 6.8%. This is on my short do over list for sure!!

Nice & Simple
Just tasted my first one last night and was very happy. This is a very easy to drink beer. I'd brewed a different brand of Cream Ale over the summer and was able to convert 3 "I don't like craft beer" guys over to our side of the cause. I thought the smooth mouth-feel that the honey would impart might convert a few more, we'll see! I brewed as a partial mash, (1 1/2 qts. per pound), 1 week primary, 1 week secondary, 10 days in the bottle. I'd recommend 2 weeks secondary though. The beer was very clear when I bottled and I thought everything had settled out - and I would not have nearly as much gunck, (technically speaking), on the bottom of my brew bottles. I was wrong - again! Guess I'll just have to try another batch. If you or your drinking buddies like a clean and simple easy-drinking beer, give this one a try or six.
