Q: Will this condensor fit the alembic copper pot head?

A: Absolutely, that will work just fine. The stainless steel Reflux condenser fits on the Alembic top just like the copper Reflux condenser ( Item Number 29-5466 ).

Q: Can this be used with a sanke keg converted to a boiler? What additional pieces would be required to potentially triclamp this to a keg with the spear removed?

A: This product is made only to be used with the Still Spirits T500 Boiler. We do not have build plans for using this item with other configurations, and using this product with a converted keg would be at your risk. It may also void your warranty.

Q: Does this come with the column temp sensor?

A: This only comes with one temp sensor. It measures the water outlet temperature which determines your column temperature.

Q: Does this come with the lid for the boiler?

A: The lid for the boiler comes with the boiler itself ( Item Number 29-3527 ) or ( Item Number 29-51000 ). The condensor comes totally separately. Thanks!

Q: What will home brew beer taste like if I put it through the Turbo unit?

A: Would assume it would taste like doughy/yeasty bread. Beer is full of B complex, which gives off this character. You will also have very little distillate as most beers are only 5% alcohol or so. This would leave you with maybe 25-30 oz's of distillate.

Q: There are no temperature gauges? How do you control water temperature and dial it in.

A: There is a needle valve that controls water flow. Connects to your faucet/spigot. This in turn will regulate the temp in the tower. There is a temp sensor for the running/tower temp.
