Best Beer I've made yet!
This was my third brew and it turned out AWESOME! Again, a very easy recipe to follow without much hassle. Turned out a beer with about 9% ABV that had strong malt flavor with heavier chocolate undertones but the sweetness was cut by the higher alcohol content. Everyone loved this beer and I look forward to making it again next Christmas and barreling it this time!

Buy this kit
Hello fellow brewers, great kit, big bold imperial stout with a nice finish of vanilla bean. I added my van bean into the secondary. I gently broke them up to add more vanilla punch and let sit for a month. I'll buy this again!

All about Stout
Fermented around 14 days, 1 week dry hop with vanilla beans, bottled half for 2 weeks, and force carbonated the other half of the batch so I wouldn't have to wait on the bottle conditioning. If you like stouts this one fits the bill. You will need at least two 11.5 gram packs of yeast for this one.

Bold dark and beautiful
I've brewed this one twice and recently it was a huge hit at a party. Definitely it's my favorite of all my home brew. Packs a punch and not just with the ABV. Lots of flavor here and rich mouthfeel. I enjoy listening to my friends describe the taste. Time to brew another batch.

Strange
Came with two extra 1oz bags of hops not described in the instructions. Didn't know what to do with them. This will ferment for 2-4 weeks and then spend a month or so in a five gallon whiskey barrel. Can't wait to try it.

WOW
This recipe has great promise. Just bottled 2 cases that came out to an ABV of 9.975. It fermented hard and strong with 2 packs of re-hydrated Safale US-05. Will be ready for a taste test by Christmas, 5 stars for sure.
