Q: My peach has been fermenting (primary) for 1 month now. Is this normal?
The SG is 1.000 so I believe I could rack to the secondary fermenter.
A: The yeast will continually off gas co2 for a while after the fermentation is completed. Depending on the yeast used, 1.000 should be just fine to rack, as most strains will only reduce the sugars down to 1.000-.998
