Species : Ale
Fermentation Temp Range (°F) : 67-70

Flocculation : Medium
Alcohol Tolerance : Medium 5-10%

Pitching/Fermentation : Slight sulfur will be produced during fermentation, which can give the yeast a lager like flavor profile.
