Fermentation Temp Range (°F) : 66-75
Apparent Attenuation Range (%) : 76-82
Flocculation : Low
Alcohol Tolerance : High, 10-15%

Pitching/Fermentation : Approximately 855 attenuation resulting in very dry saisons.  

Notes : Versatile strain that creates spicy, dry, and clean beers. Developed for White Labs in-house saisons from a combination of two saison strains and a low-phenolic Belgian strain.
