The rhizomes are harvested in the spring and are typically available for shipment April thru June. Orders begin shipping as soon as we receive our stock.

Alpha Acid : 4.0-6.0% Aroma type hop that is a variation of English Fuggle. Excellent for ales and lagers. Mild and pleasant, Slightly spicy, earthy and woody.
Substitutions include Fuggle, Tettnang, Styrian Golding.
Commercial beers utilizing Willamette hops include Bell's Best Guess Brown ale and New Belgium's Fat Tire
Hops are hardy in U.S. Department of Agriculture plant hardiness zones 3 through 8.
Willamette Hop Rhizome
Willamette is a seedling of English Fuggle. Once was the most widely grown aroma variety in the US. It is named after Oregonâ€™s Willamette River which runs through the heart of the stateâ€™s hop growing region.
Aroma: include floral, incense, and elderberry.
