A: you will still want to follow the appropriate sorbate additions for the wine. This product does contain sorbates to keep itself form fermenting but would not take place of sorbate used in the main wine it is being added to
Q: The instructions say to Add to wine after it has been stabilized and cleared.
I think of stabilizing as the same thing as adding K Sorbate. And I add sorbate 1-2 days before adding sugar to sweeten per several "expert" sources. Is it correct that with this product you can sweeten and stabilize at the same time?
A: This product is Sorbated to stabilize it, but you still would want to use the appropriate amount of sorbate added to the wine as well.
