My favorite homebrew so far

Excellent despite my mistakes. I guess I made the 'right' kind of mistakes. Changes were adding 1% alcohol boost, added extra 0.6# Munich LME, used two packets S-189, used something similar to Proper Starter. My kit came with 10 HBU 15.5% AA (Warrior?) hop pack. 4.5 weeks in single fermenter @ 64 F. OG 1120 FG 1026 12.34% ABV OK, not a Baltic Porter anymore...whatever... Took several weeks to reach adequate carbonation due to the ABV (including 2-3 weeks with a space heater nearby (71-77 F, monitored a few times/day). Shared too much, have to repeat the brew.
