Perfect Stout

This was a great brew. My first time using the hybrid style of brewing. Dark roast, chocolate, flavor prevails in this stout. My finished ABV was 8.908. I managed to get more sugars out of the grains than the recipe projected but with 9 lbs of sugar donít worry about squeezing your grains. You wonít be disappointed. Would buy again. My brew master says it tasted like GuinnessÖ.
